My Star Swarm
I created this visual story inspired by the phenomenon of star swarms which are clusters of meteorite fragments consumed by space travel and which, even after millennia, impact the Earth's atmosphere burn and create light trails.
I chose for this project the photographic collage and polaroids as a means of expression to reinforce the concept of transience and continuous transformation of things and people. As I work on the photos, merge them and divide them, I understand how
what we lose, or believe we are losing, has never really disappeared. It leaves a visible trace that sprouts in us becoming something else.

I understood how many times we "died" by virtue of choosing a new life.
